Founder of CRMHelpDesk.com.au and Maximizer CRM spcialist, Hamish first started supporting Tracker Contact Manager for DOS in 1989. During the 1990's he built a software sales and support company that specialised in Tracker for Windows and then Maximizer CRM software in 1997. Since 1997 he has provided consulting, support and training for over 300 implementations of Maximizer and is one of the most experience Maximizer consultants in the world. In addition he has pioneered the "Support-as-a-Service" business model which provides on-demand IT support.
Ryan Murphy - Software Developer

Ryan has been a full time Maximizer support consultant and custom software developer since finishing his software engineering degree in 2004. He has developed over 20 custom Maximizer add-ons and integrations for clients including integrations with MYOB, Microsoft Access, Crystal Reports, Skype and web sites. In addition his knowledge of Microsoft Windows and low level networking technology enables him to solve some of the more difficult technical problems.

Tim has been a consultant and software developer in Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Sharepoint technology. He joined CRMHelpDesk.com.au in early 2008 as a Maximizer support specialist and since then has been providing installation and support services. In addition he has been developing Microsoft Sharepoint add-in which intergates with Maximizer CRM allow users without Maximizer to lookup phone numbers and addresses from their Sharepoint Portal.
